Tonight I’m helping one of my oldest and best friends celebrate her 40th birthday. Happy birthday, Brooke! It should be a great time. My own 40th birthday is not too far away, but I’ve been thinking about it for so long now that I often forget I’m not 40 already.
I’ve been in a pop-loving mood lately. So much so that I am admitting my latest guilty pleasure: I can’t get enough of the new Britney Spears song. That is definitely not a sentence I have ever uttered before. But I’m saying it now! Hear me, universe??
